We had a lovely stay in a studio! The free coffee and tea in the lobby and the fully equipped kitchen made our experience delightful, although the bed was quite firm, which left us with back pain. I would definitely return!

The hotel benefits from an excellent location, with easy access to local shops and attractions, including popular Christmas markets. The separate lounge area in the apartment was spacious and convenient for family gatherings. However, some design choices were frustrating, such as difficult-to-pull knobs on storage and a warning against using the microwave's grill feature. The mattress protector was not clean, and this oversight marred the overall experience.

I stayed for 4 nights in a studio. The room was clean, warm, and modern. It felt like home with a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, the staff at the 24-hour reception were really helpful. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the city center.

We enjoyed a lovely stroll along the Rhine River, which is just a short walk from the hotel. The staff provided extra pillows upon request, and our one-bedroom apartment was spacious enough for our large family of five kids.

My wife says that having more family-friendly kitchen utensils would greatly improve our stay.

So we stayed for a night in a studio. The place was nice, location was super close to the city center, and the room was equipped like a small apartment. The kitchen was handy, but the cleaning was a bit lacking – didn't get cleaned during our stay. Nice vibe overall!

The staff made a great impression. the woman at check-in allowed us to store our bags early and suggested a complimentary coffee. The room was spacious, featuring a kitchenette and a sliding door that minimized hallway noise. The shower had amazing pressure, and towels were provided along with body wash and shampoo, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. It’s nice to have the kitchen area for light meals as well. I appreciated that I could walk to the shopping area in about 10 minutes—what a great location!
